14 DAY TRIAL // If you’re not too fond of the stock Weather app on your iOS 7 device, there’s now a new BBC Weather app available to download, packing a new redesign and native support for iPads.
I’m not going to judge anyone who hates something or other in iOS 7, because pretty much the whole thing is not in order. There. I’ve said it. I hope to God it gets better with time.
So anyway, in case you’re not the biggest fan of Apple’s Weather app (which is frankly the only app in iOS 7 that I can actually live with), there’s a very good alternative just a few taps away, and it’s free.
Enter BBC Weather version 1.1 which not only (finally) brings full iPad support, it also comes with weather warnings, design changes to match iOS 7 (though not without some solid fonts and colors), night time ambience, the ability to share forecasts, and bug fixes.
Download BBC Weather for your own iDevice and enjoy! It only needs iOS 5 to run, so iOS 7 is not necessary.
