The search giant Google is a company that is continuously attracting other online firms that are looking to make powerful partnership with Google, agreements that are meant to increase their popularity. In the past, Google made a lot of partnerships but, most of them were made to help improve the search giant's products. As you know, the company recently acquired YouTube, a video service that allows you to upload, share and comment movies directly on a website. Since the acquisition, Google recorded only losses with several lawsuits filed by a lot of celebrities or other companies that claimed YouTube published videos without authorization.

It seems like YouTube is finally attracting powerful companies to the service, BBC representing the first important customer that is interested in advertising using the Google service. YouTube can provide video advertising with ease because it is very easy to place adverts at the beginning of a movie or at the end, so BBC's decision is quite a good one.

The Telegraph reported that BBC's representatives already met Google's superiors for an agreement that can provide access to Google Video's content that offers multiple functions such as pay-per-view and pay-per-download features. According to the online publication, the rumors were confirmed by a BBC executive, but Google's representatives refused to comment.

"Executives at the commercial BBC Worldwide have been in negotiations about showing programmes on the search engine's video sharing sites including the newly acquired YouTube. The corporation is understood to be looking at how to make money from the deal. Options include taking a slice of the advertising that will run alongside BBC content and pay-per-view. The two companies are expected to announce the agreement to coincide with a trip by the Google chief executive, Eric Schmidt, to the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday," the publication reported.
