What was once an exclusive e-reader brand is no longer that

If anyone was wondering what in the world Barnes & Noble was doing lately, the answer is upon us.

Essentially, they made a new Nook product, but not an e-reader.

For the confused, we mean that the bookstore chain is now using the Nook brand for things besides e-readers and tablets.

Sure, the Nook Audio OE250 is meant to assist those gadgets, but it is still, in the end, a headset and nothing else.

B&N might be signaling the start of a broader digital content distribution endeavor, one that goes beyond mere e-book content. We can't be sure of anything though.

As you can see, the headset is grey in color, no doubt in order to fit with the other Nooks.

The price is said to be of $50 / 38 Euro but, strangely enough, the actual product page doesn't mention it at all.
