The Guns N'Roses tour has lately become a genuine circus freak not necessarily for what goes on stage, but because of the massive media coverage it gets for things only related to it. A while ago, the band (and frontman Axl Rose especially) made it into the headlines for leaving the stage halfway through the gig and, before that, for keeping the fans waiting for over two hours.
On Friday, Axl was supposed to rock with friend Sebastian Bach and the band Eagles of Death Metal at the Quick Loans Arena in Cleveland and then go on with the show, in this specific format, for another three weeks.
True, Axl was never the polite kind but his fans are now wondering if he hasn't crossed all fathomable decency lines. Before Bach did his number (mixing his old hits with the new ones, that still sounded like the old ones, to paraphrase a fan), the Eagles came up only to see themselves with something worse than booing... indifference.
However, the band performed as scheduled and even managed to heat up the atmosphere a little bit. Towards the end of the intro, Axl also showed up (tow hours later than he was supposed to, MTV reports) and openly trashed the members of the band and instantly dismissed them from the tour.

'So, how'd you like the Pigeons of S**t Metal? Don't worry, that's the last show they're playing with us', the former rock legend yelled into the microphone. And that was that: the Eagles were taken off each gig. No explanation, no apology, no nothing.
It's a good thing they can and do take everything lightly. Instead of fighting back in the same way they were unnecessarily attacked, frontman Jesse Hughes responded via a post on the band's official website, proving that they are, by far, the better men in the equation.
'At first the audience refused to welcome us to the jungle, but by the time we took our final bow, it had become paradise city. Although Axl tried to November rain on our parade, no sweet child o' mine can derail the EODM night train. We say live and let die.', was how the announcement made yesterday sounded like.
As for the GN'R fans, they still can't quite understand what is up with Axl, as he is definitely not the same man that used to raise thousands from their seats. 'Axl seemed like he was in a bad mood. One of the first things he did was kick out someone who was in one of the first few rows during the opening song. He came back to the "Pigeons of S**t Metal" bit all set long.', one fan said after the concert ended.
