But Samsung decided that waiting for others to say niceties about its latest Gear S smartwatch is a big waste of time, so it has taken things into its own hands.
Meaning Sammy has reviewed its own product itself and has posted the results online, under the tricksy title “This is an unofficial review of the Gear S.”
It’s not exactly clear who wrote the review, as the writer only refers to himself/herself as “TMAE,” but everything they write is sheer praise to Samsung’s latest smartwatch.
They love everything about the watch, the specifications, the intuitive UI and especially the luxury looking watchfaces.
Honestly, this move only makes Samsung look desperate. Let’s face it, the review was written by somebody inside the company who’s been instructed to paint everything in rich colors.
On the other hand, we can’t find any unofficial review of related products such as the LG G Watch or Moto 360. So you should be considering the Gear S biased from the get-go.
But there’s a big caveat, a lot of people will surely stumble on this piece when looking for a Gear S review.
