Indie developer Sunside has confirmed that its beautiful action-adventure title Crow would be released in the Mac App Store and MacGameStore.com this Thursday, August 30.

Sunside has been burning the midnight oil to code Crow for the Mac so that it would support the latest features in OS X Mountain Lion, including the Game Center achievements and leaderboards.

The visually-impressive Crow includes high-resolution graphics, according to Sunside, but there’s no word on Retina display support.

Bloom and other advanced post processing effects are clearly noticeable as well (trailer above), and they’ve remastered the game’s score for the gamers who really like to immerse themselves in the experience. The game supports mouse & keyboard combo.

Richard Cowgill, CEO of Sunside, Inc., said “Crow has had an incredibly successful run so far on the App Store. It’s a really unique immersive experience and it demonstrates that there is a desire for something fun and different.”

“We’re really excited to bring this experience to the Mac,” said Cowgill.
