Avant Browser might not be as popular as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer, but it still provides a pretty smooth way to browse the Internet with no hassle.

A new version was officially released today, packing improvements for the built-in components and bug fixes for some of the issues reported by users in the previous releases.

Avant Browser 2013 build 109 updates the Firefox engine to 22.0.0.4929 and Chrome to 28.0.1500.71, according to the official notes.

At the same time, the new build was specifically designed to fix bugs that blocked users from saving toolbar settings in online storage and to adjust the zoom level of a new page.

Of course, the new build continues to run smoothly on all Windows versions out there, including the ancient XP and the newly-launch Windows 8.
