Audio enthusiasts can surely agree that Auzentech builds some of the best audio cards in the business, but when it comes down to availability, things are a little more tricky as just a limited number of the company's products can be found on retailers shelves, although this is set to change since the company has just announced the shipment schedules for the Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1, X-Fi Forte 7.1, and X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 sound cards.

I will start things off with the Forst since this sound card was officially launched all the way back in January of 2009.

This low-profile native PCI Express audio card was designed especially for gamers and audiophiles being scheduled to arrive the week of December 20, 2010.

The X-Fi Forte 7.1 uses the Creative X-Fi PCIe chipset and comes with improved circuitry and components compared to Creative's own X-Fi offering, the card supporting Dolby Digital Live and DTS Connect Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Next in line is the Auzen X-Fi Bravura 7.1 that is scheduled to arrive the week of January 17, 2011, this being a full-height PCI Express sound card for playing movies, music, and games that has been built around the Creative PCI Express audio processor.

Compared to the Creative boards, Auzentech says this comes with a better analog audio design, I/O Mode Control, independent headphone output circuitry for professional headphones, and Auzentech's proprietary “Pointing Ground Power Supply” technology for audio that is free of power supply noise.

And last, but certainly not least, is the native-PCI Express X-Fi HomeTheater HD which provides users with non-downsampled audio during 24p video playback and plays high bit-rate audio, such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio bitstream, without altering the original sound.

Just like the Bravura, the HomeTheater HD will become available the week of January 17, 2011.
