This carbon fiber bathtub is the latest craze when it comes to bathroom accessories. It was created by an Austrian company called Corcel and costs no less than $68,000 (nearly €50,000).

The luxury bathtub is called N° 1 and is a top product in Corcel's portfolio. According to Autoevolution, it has been made by hand and it's a limited edition with only 51 units available on the market.

Carbon fiber is a material normally used to make exotic cars, which makes this fancy bathtub even more unique and special.

The interior space of the basin is really generous, with a capacity of 330 liters (87 gallons). So those who enjoy taking long baths and splashing around in the soapy water will certainly relax in this eccentric bathtub.

According to its maker, this exclusive product stands out not only because of its material, but also thanks to its design and shape. The exterior coating is also high-end, as it is similar to the finish employed in luxury cars.

The carbon fiber bathtub takes about 10 weeks to complete and, thanks to the material used, it's very light, weighing only 36 kg (79.4 pounds).

Although few can afford such a luxury bathtub, I bet many would put it on their wish list.
