Operation Antisec made another victim, this time the website of the Australian Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority (CLGCA) being defaced by Anonymous to prove their point, reports Cyberwarnews.

“This domain has been seized by Exphin1ty and #AntiSec For Australia’s decision to censor the internet. Consider this a warning as what is yet to come,” reads a message on the defaced page.

The site that belongs to the Australian government is just another casualty in the battle between hacker collectives who claim to fight for the freedom of the internet and state officials who keep proposing laws that are considered to be a threat to freedom of expression and privacy.

Currently, the CLGCA’s main page presents a message that says the website is under maintenance, but there is no mention of the hacking incident. Hopefully, the maintenance process will include some work on security.
