14 DAY TRIAL // In December 2013, law enforcement officers in Oklahoma, US, were called in to investigate the death of a 58-year-old man by the name of Denver Lee St. Clair.
The man was found with his underwear pulled over his head, the waistband wrapped tight around his neck. He also appeared to have suffered blunt force trauma to the head.
It was concluded that, together with his head injury, it was asphyxiation resulting from the fact that his undies had been pulled over his head that killed the 58-year-old.
In not so many words, Denver Lee St. Clair was killed by a blow to the head and, erm, an atomic wedgie. The killer was identified as his stepson, Brad Lee Davis.

This past Monday, Brad Lee Davis made an appearance in court and confessed to having killed his 58-year-old stepfather by pulling his underwear over his face and hitting him in the head.

The man is currently imprisoned in Pottawatomie County without bound. Now that he pleaded guilty to the murder of his stepfather, it probably won't be long until he is handed his sentence.

The police officers who investigated this most bizarre case say that, on the day of the killing, Brad Lee Davis and Denver Lee St. Clair had been drinking together in their home in Pottawatomie County.
The 58-year-old was upset that his stepson's mother had asked him for a divorce, and being intoxicated, he started badmouthing her. Brad Lee Davis didn't like what he was saying and asked him to stop.
When Denver Lee St. Clair refused to quit his tirade, his stepson turned against him and pulled his underwear over his head. In a matter of minutes, the man suffocated to death.
