Samsung has released quite a few products today, like the Ativ Q convertible ultrabook and the ATIV Book 9 Plus and Lite ultrabooks.
There are other products though, like the ATIV Tab 3, a 10.1-inch tablet that runs Windows 8 on an Intel Atom CPU.
Said Atom processor is backed by 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and is very light and thin, at 8.22 mm / 0.32 inches.
The 10.1-inch screen has a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, and the S-Pen included in the package will help a lot when taking notes.
Of course, the ATIV Tab 3 isn't actually made for handwriting, unlike the Galaxy Note line, but it's the thought that counts. Even the dedicated software is installed, including improved handwriting-to-text, Easy Clipping and Air View.
Samsung's new device runs Windows 8 and will sell for $699 / €699 starting in August, with a keyboard cover.
