Asus has already pushed its amazingly popular Zenfone 2 in more countries than ever. This is the smartphone that Asus thinks will allow the company to conquer markets like United States and Canada.

Even though Zenfone 2 is clearly a market success, Asus plans to launch other attractive products in the not-so-distant future.

Following Zenfone 2's launch in the United States, Asus plans to announce another interesting smartphone called Zenfone Selfie, a new report claims.

As the name suggests, the smartphone is aimed at those looking for devices with state-of-the-art front cameras for selfies.

Asus Zenfone Selfie is expected to be officially unveiled next month at Computex 2015, which is set to kick off on June 2.

Sources familiar with Asus plans revealed that the Zenfone Selfie's main selling point will be the 13-megapixel camera in the front, which will feature autofocus, dual-tone LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.

It will come out ahead of Asus Zenfone Zoom

In addition, the smartphone will also pack a 13-megapixel camera in the back with laser focus, dual-tone LED flash and video recording.

Design-wise, Asus' selfies smartphone will strongly resemble the popular Zenfone 2. It will also sport a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, but the resolution is unknown for the moment.

Rumor has it that Asus Zenfone Selfie will land on the market ahead of the company's other camera-centric smartphone, the Zenfone Zoom.

Apparently, Asus is still struggling with the production of Zenfone Zoom smartphone, which has yet to arrive on the market. Well, it looks like another camera phone will make its debut before the Zenfone Zoom is released.

As for the rest of Zenfone Selfie's specs, we will most likely found out more next week when Asus is expected to make it official, so stay tuned for more on the matter.
