When we first talked about Asus’ v9.4.2.13 firmware for the Asus Transformer Prime a couple of days ago, there were quite a few users who pointed out that the update resolved the random reboot issues they were experiencing with their tablet.
However, without official confirmation from Asus, we couldn’t say for sure that the new firmware would actually resolve this problem, so we remained somewhat skeptical about that.
But our doubts were cast away by Asus a few hours ago, when the outfit posted a
message on its official Twitter account announcing that the
v9.4.2.13 firmware did indeed fix those random reboot issues.
As usually, the new software update will reach all the Transformer Prime tablets out there over-the-air.
