The Fonepad is one of the few tablets to offer GSM voice capability, allowing users to take and make calls.
Thus, the tablet packs a micro-SIM card slot and supports both HSDPA (21Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps).
It is also worth mentioning that Asus Fonepad is powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.
Asus Fonepad packs a 1.2 GHz single-core Intel Atom Z2420 processor, which is complemented by a PowerVR SGX540 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.
