Unveiled last month at the Mobile World Congress trade fair, Asus Fonepad tablet will be released in Europe in March.

GSMArena reports Russian site Hi-Tech. mail.ru claims the Fonepad will arrive in Russia this month and it will be priced at €265/$345 outright.

Asus is expected to slowly rollout the Fonepad in other European countries, though a scheduler has yet to be confirmed.

The Fonepad comes with support for voice calls and packs a 1.2 GHz single-core Intel Atom Z2420 processor.

The tablet ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and features 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

This version of Asus Fonepad also sports a 3-megapixel rear photo snapper and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
