Asturix, an light and inovative Asturian GNU/Linux distribution based on Ubuntu directed to any kind of user, is now at version 4.

The new Asturix 4 has a few interesting features. Foremost, it presents itself with a new desktop, centered on productivity and usability and has the largest color palette, with more than 5000 colors.

It also features a great preview function, which means that LibreOffice users can preview a document without opening it. Just hit space on any file and the preview pops up.

Asturix 4 comes with social and microblogging networks integrated like Twitter or Facebook, and lets users add, remove and execute web applications as native applications.

Asturix 4 has Google Chrome as default web browser and it supports Ubuntu Software Center.

I appreciate the good work, looks nice, a modified Gnome 3.2, but it is very buggy like Ubuntu...needs some updates
