The first games which have been announced by Astraware to be sold together with the new Palm Foleo are Sudoku and Solitaire Games. Great news, the oldest nerve calming games will be available on this newly released smartphone too from now on.

What else could a mobile phone user ask for when in need for an occupation to fill his time? Solitaire is well known to be the most efficient solution for such cases, as it asks for little concentration and automatic moves based on card colors and numbers. Everybody knows what this game is all about and the mobile version should not differ greatly, especially when the touchscreen function is used during gameplay.

It is the same case for Sudoku. This logical puzzle works on a concept which has been here for ages even if it has managed to reach worldwide popularity only recently. The puzzle might be more soliciting for the player, as it requires deep attention and thinking ahead a few moves.

"The Foleo is an ideal companion for high-powered, time-starved executives, and Solitaire and Sudoku are ideal games to let them relax once their work is done", said David Oakley, chief technology officer for Astraware.

Palm has taken these games seriously and found them to be just the thing that Foleo users might need in order to properly relax. "Business productivity is a major driving force for mobile computing; however we also believe in the importance of balancing work and personal time" said Mark Bercow, senior vice president of business development for Palm. "This is why we give mobile professionals the option to relax with a game of solitaire or a stimulating puzzle during downtime", he concluded.

All Palm Foleo will be sold from now on with the Astraware Sudoku and Astraware Solitaire games. No other game titles that this smartphone will come with have been revealed yet.
