Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed Rogue, the two new upcoming games in Ubisoft's long-running series, have just received a fresh set of screenshots, showing off new moments from their stories, including protagonists Arno Dorian and Shay Cormac.

Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed franchise has seen yearly installments ever since the introduction of the second game, as the large publisher uses its many global studios to constantly craft new experiences.

This year, not one but two all-new installments in the series are going to be released.

First is Assassin's Creed Unity, which is coming to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms. It tells the story of protagonist Arno Dorian during the French Revolution and overhauls many of the core mechanics in the series.

Secondly, there's Assassin's Creed Rogue, which follows Shay Cormac, a former assassin who's defected to the Templar order and is now hunting down his former brothers across the Atlantic coast of North America. This title, however, is coming only to PS3 and Xbox 360.

Both games have just received a set of impressive screenshots, via AGB, showing off just how great the visuals look in the titles, despite their different home platforms.

Expect to hear more about Rogue and Unity as we get closer to their releases in November.
