The rumored co-op campaign might be a part of the new experience

The previously rumored four-player cooperative mode from Ubisoft's upcoming Assassin's Creed Unity seems to be legit, at least judging by a huge print ad on the L.A. convention center, which is set to host E3 2014, the most anticipated gaming expo of the year.

E3 2014 kicks off soon and Ubisoft has already set up lots of different ads and billboards showing off its upcoming games, including Assassin's Creed Unity.

As you can see in the image above, via NeoGAF, the artwork depicts not one but four different assassins, which adds fuel to the rumor fire that Unity will have a four-player cooperative mode, either inside the story campaign or as part of a separate, standalone narrative.

No other details are known just yet and the poster doesn't outright confirm the ability to play as all four of the assassins.

Ubisoft is also staying quiet for now, but the large publisher is set to host its own E3 2014 press conference later today, June 9, so you can be sure that it will unveil all the details about Assassin's Creed Unity at that time.

Until then, check out the promo artwork above and look forward to Softpedia's E3 2014 coverage.
