Assassin’s Creed III and Liberation Available for Pre-Order via PS Store

Sony has revealed that European users of its PlayStation Store can now digitally pre-order Assassin’s Creed III for the PlayStation 3 and Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation, for the PS Vita.

The PlayStation Store received a new feature last month that allows customers to pre-order games via the online marketplace.

While Sorcery was the first title to support this, Sony has now confirmed that two new games are available for pre-order, in the form of Assassin’s Creed III, for the PlayStation 3 home console, and its Liberation title, for the PS Vita handheld platform.

What’s more, the full-fledged PS3 game offers a bonus single-player mission in exchange for pre-ordering, in the form of “A Dangerous Secret”. Customers can even order a special Assassin’s Creed III Gold Edition, which includes the mission and a season pass with exclusive discounts for future DLC.

As of yet, the deal is available on the European PS Store, but will no doubt make its way into other territories soon.
