Gamers will be able to use a new set of powers for Connor which result from his Indian heritage.
Previously, Ubisoft has also revealed a set of wolf powers that gamers can access.
The Tyranny of King Washington DLC will be released on March 19.
At the moment, the development team is also working on Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, which is set to expand the naval battle component of the experience, with a launch date set for late October.
