The new add-on includes 3 multiplayer characters and 3 new maps

The next add-on for Assassin's Creed 3, the Battle Hardened pack for the multiplayer mode, is going to appear this week, according to a leak from the official website of the game.

Assassin's Creed 3 appeared last year and was quickly followed by the release of different types of DLC, like the Ancient Secrets add-on, which included a new mission and special other items.

Now, the next DLC for the game, the Battle Hardened one, is set to appear this week, at least according to a listing that briefly popped up on the Assassin's Creed 3 website, via the PS forums.

According to the listing, three new multiplayer characters are included in the add-on, the Governor, Highlander, and Coyote Man, as well as three new maps, in the form of Saint Pierre, Fort St-Mathieu, Charlestown.

The DLC for the game will be released this week, according to the report, so expect an official announcement soon.
