For several years in a row, Charlie Sheen was the highest paid actor in television thanks to his stint on “Two and a Half Men.” Forbes reports that, with the leading role on the CBS sitcom, Ashton Kutcher also took Sheen’s salary or, at the very least, this much coveted position.

Kutcher was brought in to replace Sheen in 2011 (by means of the introduction of a new character), after Sheen left / was fired because of his raging drug use and constant feuding with series creator Chuck Lorre and producers.

For the second year in a row, Kutcher is highest earning actor in television, with a salary of $24 million (€17.7 million). Perhaps not surprisingly, runner-up is Jon Cryer, Kutcher’s co-star on the CBS sitcom, with $21 million (€15.4 million).

Angus T. Jones, the “half” in “Two and a Half Men,” is also in the top 10 highest earners, landing in at number 7, with $11 million (€8.1 million).

Considering he went on record saying the show was trash and the Devil’s work and he’s already been “demoted” from series regular to guest star, chances are we won’t be seeing Jones anywhere in Forbes’ top next year.
