Ashley Olsen and Lance Armstrong Are Getting...Serious?

The unlikely couple is turning up the heat on their relationship

Ashley has found herself another mature man

Ashley Olsen's romance with Lance Armstrong is getting serious. Wait - I wrote that phrase automatically, and only afterwards started to think about what a "serious" relationship could mean when it comes to a 21-year-old...actress, I suppose with a love for older men and a cycling champion who is 15 years her senior. I suppose we're all going to watch and see what happens, as I really can't offer any kind of prediction or supposition as to what will happen next.

Ashley was first seen kissing Lance at New York 's Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose bar on Monday night. And what better proof that they both had a wonderful time than the fact that they enjoyed a romantic dinner together the very next evening. Ashley was seen chatting intimately with Lance at Graydon Carter's Waverly Inn restaurant and the pair reportedly couldn't keep their hands off each other.

A source stated that "Ashley and Lance are turning up the heat on their unlikely relationship. Ashley was being very flirtatious. They were laughing and having a great time." Earlier that evening, Lance visited the Waverly Inn with Owen Wilson, who has been his close friend. Lance, who is famous for winning the Tour de France cycling event seven times, is in the city for the New York Marathon and is said to have met Ashley at least twice this week.

On Monday, Ashley was seen "nuzzling up" to Lance and sitting in his lap. A source said: "Ashley drank red wine, nuzzled up to Lance, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2am". Lance - who previously dated singer Sheryl Crow - has recently emerged from a failed relationship with New York fashion designer Tory Burch. This isn't the first time Ashley has fallen for a much older man, either. When she was 19, she ended her long-term relationship with 30-year-old club owner Scott Sartiano reportedly because the romance was getting too serious. So I won't be too surprised if things between Ashley and Armstrong turn serious - it remains to be seen. Stay tuned, and we'll bring you all the news.
