14 DAY TRIAL // Ashley Greene knows what’s in this fall in terms of hair color and she’s made the change accordingly. The “Twilight” actress has debuted a new, more dramatic color right as the promo tour for “Breaking Dawn Part 2” is about to kick off.
She’s now sporting a very intense red, as the photo attached to this article will also confirm.
“Jason Backe is working some magic on my hair at the Ted Gibson salon. It's going to be crazy and exciting,” the 25-year-old star tweeted from New York over the weekend, as Us Magazine reports.
We wouldn’t call her new color “crazy,” but it’s definitely “exciting” and, just as important, extremely trendy.
Fans have already reacted to her change in look on various online forums, saying red is perhaps the color that suits her best.
Many of them, as was to be expected, are eager to see how her outfits on the “Breaking Dawn” tour will compliment it: though Ashley is known for her impeccable fashion taste, dark red like hers can be extremely tricky to pull off.
Speaking of “Twilight,” Ashley was recently named by Marie Claire the “world’s most beautiful vampire” in an interview in which she also talked about the downsides of so much exposure, the kind she gets for being a part of the film franchise.
Among them: being spoiled.
“Twilight has ruined me,” Greene said of international flying, explaining how she’s usually very “frugal” but changed a lot in recent years because she was spoiled by Summit Entertainment, the movie studio behind the franchise.
“When this is all over, flying internationally is going to be very hard for me. It is just not worth it to buy a first class ticket, because of the cost,” the star added.
