Today is the big day for Apple fans eagerly waiting for the new iPhone 5, as the device has already started shipping to them, and will also become generally available.
Demand for the handset has been tremendous during the pre-order period, even if Samsung
tried to hurt iPhone 5’s image.
However, it appears that it only managed to make fans angry, and that many of them took it to Facebook to get back at the South Korean handset vendor.
Samsung posted on the social networking site a photo with its flagship Galaxy S III smartphone, asking users which device they would take on a deserted island.
Most of the replies to that question mention a handset that Samsung was certainly not expecting: iPhone 5. Users certainly got their revenge, though we’re not convinced that Samsung will stop
picking on the iPhone.
