14 DAY TRIAL // Last weekend, one Gigi Goyette spoke to the British tabs about an affair she had with Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was married to Maria Shriver. In a new interview, the former mistress says the former Governor had over a dozen of them throughout the years.
Gigi claims to have met Arnold when she was just 16: they had a brief fling and then didn’t see each other for many years.
When they met again, he was married to Maria and initially did not want to have a physical relationship with her, she tells the latest issue of the National Enquirer (story via here) – though he still wanted to be with her in one way or another.
One year later, they met again and they started an affair that would last for years and that would end in disappointment for her when she started to suspect that he was seeing other women as well.
“I gave him a massage and we made love for two hours until he made the excuse that he had an early call on the set,” Gigi says of the time she visited Arnold on the set of “Total Recall” in Mexico City.
She could say that was the exact moment when their romance started to go downhill because, obviously, he wasn’t cheating just on his wife – he was cheating on his mistress too.
“I was supposed to have dinner with Arnold one night, but he canceled at the last minute. I found out later that he was having a ‘private rehearsal’ with an actress instead,” she tells the tab.
In the following months, she only kept getting more hints that her lover was not being faithful to her.
“My friend said she’d made love with Arnold in a car. But somehow Maria found out. Arnold then got rid of the woman,” Gigi explains.
She claims to have ended the relationship in 1996, when she met another man and fell in love with him. Proving that there may be some truth to her allegations, she’s hired celebrity attorney Gloria Allred as her representative.
