Unlock secret parts and a couple of items

Armored Core 3 is a mecha video game in the Armored Core series. Set in a post-apocalyptic future, Armored Core 3 depicts a subterranean society called "Layered". Layered is ruled by an AI simply known as "The Controller" and it dictates nearly everything that goes on in this world. The two major corporations, Mirage and Crest Industries, vie for dominance and control over Layered's land and assets. All is not right with The Controller however and odd things are happening that might even go so far as to suggest that the logic system is failing...

Like Armored Core and Armored Core 2, you are given a trial mission to see if you are talented enough to join the mercenary group dubbed Global Cortex. New features within Armored Core 3 include consorts (additional allies that can be obtained to assist you in a mission), detachable weapons (thereby lessening your total weight and increasing speed), and a new Core classification; Exceed Orbit (EO) which sacrifices the power of Overboost and allows you to deploy a built-in, autonomous weapon on your Core.

Codes

Acquire Emblems from Defeated Arena Opponents
Choose a defeated Arena opponent. Press Start and Select buttons simultaneously while viewing the defeated opponent's AC. You'll hear a noise if done correctly.

Drop parts
Hold L1 L2 R1 R2 TRIANGLE to drop your right arm weapons, back unit and inside parts. Hold L1 L2 R1 R2 L3 to drop extension parts. Hold L1 L2 R1 R2 CIRCLE to drop left arm weapons.

Unlockables

More secret parts
These secret parts are unlocked by completing certain tasks on missions. Some of them are hard to get, but all count towards 100% completion.

CEBT-HEX Hoover Booster Extension - The alloy transport must survive the entire mission.

CEEC-01-XSP2 Radiator Extension - Destroy all lifeforms without the use of the acid containers.

KWM-AD-50 Back Magazine - Beat mission MT Training Exercise without getting hit by a single missile.

MLH-MX/VOLAR Heavy Humanoid Legs - Get 100% accuracy for all weapons on AC Test 1.

MWG-KARASAWA Laser Rifle - Finish mission Destroy Gun Emplacements fast enough to unlock bonus mission Distract Union Forces. Beat bonus mission to unlock part.

MWI-DD/20 Inside Part Decoys - Located behind pipeline near start. Near out-of-bounds line.

MWR-M/45 Medium Rockets - Located behind risen area of dam towards right of start.

The OP-INTENSIFY optional part
After buying and EQUIPPING the OP-INTENSIFY optional part, complete the following challenges to gain the abilities listed. Once you successfully complete a challenge you will receive mail that tells you what benefit you have gained

OP-INTENSIFY MUST BE EQUIPPED TO GAIN ABILITIES. The OP-INTENSIFY optional part becomes available after you finish the story part of the game, you will get a mail telling you it's available.

Ability: Enhanced Cannon Operation Performance (Fire back weapons without kneeling)

Mission: Destroy Massive MT
Challenge: Successfully complete mission.
Ability: Enhanced Cooling Performance

Location: 1st Layer: Nature Area
Mission: Defend Water Processors
Challenge: Defeat enemy AC and successfully complete level.
Ability: Enhanced Missile Interception

Location: 1st Layer: Nature Area
Mission: Destroy Massive Weapon
Challenge: Successfully complete mission.
Ability: Blade Wave Capability (Fires a blade beam by pressing O then X before your AC swings with sword.)

Location: 1st Layer: Special Research
Mission: Defend Ruglen Laboratory
Challenge: Defeat enemy AC and successfully complete level.
Ability: Improved Targeting Accuracy

Defeat enemy AC and successfully complete level.
Ability: Improved Targeting Accuracy level.
Ability: Enhanced Turning Performance

Location: 3rd Layer: District 1
Mission: Eliminate Intruders
Challenge: Defeat enemy AC and successfully complete level.
Ability: Various Sensor Functions (Bio Sensor, Missile tracking, etc.)

Unlock AC-s
Successfully complete the mission ''Escort Personnel Convoy'' without ANY member of the convoy being destroyed.

Unlock KWG-HZL30 - This item is a left-arm equipped, spread-shot Howitzer. Destroy two or more monorails on the Destroy Naire Bridge mission.

Unlock Part KWM-AD-50 - This item increases ammo storage capacity by 50%. Complete the mission (MT Training Exercise) without getting hit once.

Unlock Part MLH-MX/VOLAR - This item is a heavy humanoid leg. Earn a rank of A or higher in the AC Test 1 (the target practice exercise).

Unlock the MLB-MOONLIGHT - Successfully complete the mission ''Destroy Massive MT'' without the aid of a consort.

Unlock the MWG-XCB/75 - Though you're supposed to get it once you destroy the AC in the ''Defend Ruglen Laboratory'' mission, most of the time you won't. It appears as you do more and more Crest missions and get Crest Corporate Points.

Unlock the RMR-ICICLE - Successfully complete the mission ''Escort Personnel Convoy'' without ANY member of the convoy being destroyed.

Unlock Extra Arena
To unlock the extra arena, beat Ace to reach rank A-1. The extra arena appears next to the regular arena. It is basically the same as the regular arena, but instead you fight with a chosen partner against two other ACs.

Secrets

First Person View
Load Armored Core 3 data from a memory card that also has an Armored Core 2 or Armored Core 2: Another Age saved game on it. Pause the game during a mission, arena battle or VS battle and simultaneously press the L1, R2, X, Square and down. The point of view switches to first person. Unpause to go back to default view.
