The son of infamous Cleveland kidnapper, Ariel Castro, has agreed to an interview to discuss how his father's trial and death have affected his life.

Ariel Anthony Castro tells the Cleveland Plain Dealer about being bombarded by reporters, showing up at his home, at his workplace and blasting his photo on social media.

At one point, a news outlet got the two mixed up and his image was captioned with his father's name. Death threats ensued and he saw his friends and acquaintances trying to get on TV for their 15 minutes of fame.

He hid at a friend's house but did pass by his father's home for some family heirlooms, before the home was torn down by the city of Cleveland.

His own house was vandalized and robbed and he found numerous business cards slipped under the door by reporters trying to get his point of view on the case.

He stresses that he is not responsible for his father's crime. I guess that many people have been dying to know how he could be unaware of the fact that Castro has been keeping three women locked up for 10 years, without Ariel Anthony's knowledge.
