14 DAY TRIAL // Kidnapper Ariel Castro has been offered a deal if he pleads guilty to kidnapping, rape, assault, and repeated abuse on the three women he kept in his house for the last 10 years.
As I wrote before, he abducted Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight and took them as prisoners for a decade.
According to Daily Mail, if Castro takes the deal, he will be getting life in prison. If he doesn't, he could be getting the death sentence.
His lawyer, Jay Schlachet, has stated that no agreement has been set as of yet, responding to false reports about his client having already taken the deal.
The 53-year-old defendant is facing 977 charges in his upcoming trial. He could receive the death penalty for murder, as he provoked Knight's miscarriages.
