14 DAY TRIAL // Ohio kidnapper Ariel Castro has been indicted in the case of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.
According to the AP, Castro was indicted on 329 counts, including 139 counts of rape and 177 kidnapping charges.
A grand jury in Cuyahoga County has indicted 52-year-old Castro. One of the charges is attempted murder, for forcing Knight to abort his children.
As I mentioned, Castro caused Knight's five miscarriages by punching her in the stomach.
He is currently held on $8 million (€6,05 million) bail and his lawyers have announced that he would plead not guilty.
The affidavit relays that Castro would chain the women to a pole in a basement, tie them to a bedroom heater or leave them inside a closed van.
