A new collaboration is in the works as a weird series of Twitter posts of Ariana Grande and Chris Brown reveal the two singers are cooking up an interesting project. Although a Nickelodeon star and a rapper collaboration is not unheard of, it's a surprise to see Grande and Brown working together.

On his Twitter profile, Brown wrote a sentence that seems to be taken from the lyrics of a song “I dug a single seed into the ground, I hope it grows,” and Grande later posted on her own profile “In a year or two if you're around, you'll see a rose.”

While the title of the song is still being kept a secret, it's obvious their collaboration is going to be a love song. Grande wouldn't say more about the project, but she did confirm that the song was hopefully going to be released next month.

Brown may have a lot of legal troubles stemming from his anger management issues, but he's also a prolific musical producer, as he's done some quality work with successful artists such as Katy Perry and Taylor Swift.
