Britney is gearing up to finish her album and re-launch her sagging career. Reading this, some of you might as well say: it was about damn time and getting rid of the loser of her husband was just the right step to take. And, in that, I second you.

Now, Britney has been spotted leaving Sony recording studio, where she stayed since 1 A.M until the early hours of the morning. Rumor has it that she has been working hard on her comeback album and that she even did what genuine artists do, meaning recording while she was angry.

I say, if the rumor turns out to be true and considering that K-Fed also fancies himself a 'rapper', we are in for a long line of songs detailing their private life together and the way it all came tumbling apart. One thing, though, that didn't escape the paparazzi's eagle eyes was that Brit was still wearing her wedding band. Is there maybe hope for reconciliation?

Other sources from the media claim that the pop star is re-locating back to Miami to prepare for her promotional campaign. The album is said to come out some time next year, with many hoping it will happen in the early months of 2007.

In other Britney-related news, the second photo inserted represents what has been called the decisive moment in which Spears took the final step towards breaking up with Kevin. She was in a restaurant in New York and she had just purchased the red dress she's wearing, meant as a 'present' for her hubby. When he didn't show up, Brit went to the bathroom, changed into it and came back at the table crying. Half an hour later, she got up and left with her bodyguard.
