Are Ivanka's Boobs The Donald's Latest Investment?

While it's not uncommon for female celebrities to have their God-given assets enhanced or reduced, such a thing always becomes newsworthy to everybody, especially when the change is that obvious or the celebrity is that big.

Not that Ivanka Trump is famous for much else other than being The Donald's daughter, even if she's such a pretty face. But being the offspring of the Godfather of real estate is, in our world, more than enough to guarantee you the headlines every time you step out of the house.

Recently, Ivanka attended the New York City premiere of Brad Pitt's latest pic, 'Babel' (that he did not attend, by the way), looking positively radiant... and, should we say it?, blooming. Her appearance on the red carpet and her generous cleavage led people to believe that she might have visited a lady's best friend (no, not the dog!), her plastic surgeon.

All in all, there's a 'before' photo of her also included, so you can tell the difference by yourselves. She did a pretty good job, at least, which cannot be said about many other stars (Tara Reid, Paula Abdul, Tori Spelling, etc.). And by 'she' I obviously mean the brilliant doctor who worked on her. Daddy must be sooooooooooo proud....
