If you are looking for a high-capacity Android tablet that won’t break your bank, Archos has you covered with the 250GB edition of the Archos 80 G9, which recently went on sale in the US.

The 8-inhcer is now available right from the company’s US website for $369.99, which is roughly equal with 286 EUR.

Apart from the 1024x768 screen and the 250GB of storage space provided by a Seagate HDD, Archos’ tablet also packs a 1.2GHz TI OMAP4 dual-core processor, a built-in GPS, a microSD card slot, mini-HDMI output and a built-in battery that is said to deliver 7 hours of continuous video playback.

WiFi and Bluetooth are also standard and the tablet runs the 3.2 version, aka Honeycomb, of the Android OS,.

The end of the year should also bring out a faster version of the Archos 80 G9 which will include a 1.5GHz dual-core SoC.
