PeaZip 5.1.1, an open source file and archive manager that can be used to extract, create, and convert multiple archives at once, has been announced.

PeaZip 5.1.1 is nothing more than a maintenance update, but users should upgrade to the new version even if they haven't experienced any problems.

According to the changelog, the application has been recompiled with Lazarus 1.0.12, the Box.com default directory is now recognized as cloud storage, the Backspace keyboard shortcut is now correctly mapped in order to allow backspace use when editing text strings, and the Ctrl+Z/O/W key combination has been changed to Shift+Ctrl+Z/O/W to avoid opening, by mistake, multiple instances.

Also, the title string is now correctly applied when returning from extraction screen using "extract all" switch, and various other changes and improvements have been implemented.

A complete list of changes and updates can be found in the official announcement. Download PeaZip 5.1.1 right now from Softpedia.
