Another arcade classic revival?

Looks like the German gaming market is getting bigger and bigger with this new addition, S.R.A.C.S. This strange entitled game is apparently, a revival of the old chopper game "Choplifter".

Now, Frogster Interactive has decided to port Choplifter onto PCs, maybe they are aiming at older gamers as their target audience. Apparently, this "new" game S.R.A.C.S will have enhanced, state-of-the-art graphics. I don't know what state-of-the-art means to Frogster, because I took a look at some screenshots of the game and I can say without any restraint that those are not state-of-the-art. Enhanced, yeah, if we are to compare S.R.A.C.S. to Choplifter, which is probably a very old arcade game.

Apparently, S.R.A.C.S. will have some forty missions for players to enjoy, and these missions will take place all over the world. Players will be able to choose from three helicopters and using these helicopters, they have to rescue some hostage and destroy enemy submarines in conflict zones. Those who try the game will be part of a special squad elite and will intervene in difficult areas like North Korea, Columbia or Bosnia.

Some "cool power-ups" will be implemented in the game, and players will be able to use these power-ups in real deployment areas while they play day and night operations.
