HTC has recently been rumored to plan the release of a Blue flavor of the HTC One M8 smartphone, and it appears that it won’t be too long before that actually happens, as the phone has already popped up on a retailer’s website in the UK.

The Aqua Blue HTC One M8 is now up for pre-order in the country, with a price tag of €668.99 (£549.99/$930) attached to it, via mobilefun.co.uk. The device is available SIM-free and unlocked.

The new color flavor of the smartphone packs the same hardware specifications as the already available models, which does not come as a surprise at all, that’s for sure.

It comes with a 5-inch full HD screen, a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, and 2GB of RAM. Moreover, the phone features dual-cameras on the back, and runs under the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, with the Sense 6.0 UI loaded on top.

However, HTC hasn’t provided an official confirmation on the existence of this device version, and we’re still uncertain of its availability until it is formally introduced.

Even so, we do expect it to be released in other markets in addition to the UK as well, the same as it has happened with other color flavors of the smartphone.
