Blizzard has just unveiled a new round of April Fools announcements, this time in the form of a Tinder-like experience for your World of Warcraft followers, as well as a fake patch for Hearthstone that comes with all sorts of hilarious changes.

Blizzard has always taken April Fools as serious business, and throughout the years, it's showcased all sorts of hilarious announcements concerning its games, surprising many fans before they realized it was all just a hoax.

After Big Head mode in Heroes of the Storm and a real-life space ship for StarCraft 2, the studio now mentions its April Fools plans for World of Warcraft and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.

Get a TINDR box for your followers in WoW

First up, World of Warcraft is set to receive in a future patch a special TINDR box that enables your garrison's followers to start having relationships with others, according to the official website. Of course, much like the real-life Tinder application, this will involve lots of time swiping left or right, while neglecting the duties you've given them.

What's more, Pleasure-Bot 8000 will act as official matchmaker, as once two companions manifest their interest, players are advised to abandon what they're doing, even mythical raids, and send the companions on a date, which can go right or wrong, to hilarious results.

Hearthstone gets major fake changes in a new update

Meanwhile, for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Blizzard has presented on the official website a fake patch that makes a series of hilarious changes to the popular online card game.

From an HD update for the classic Hearthstone card back, to new Ninja cards that always beat pirate decks, to a mechanic that allows players to open their card packs by blowing gently on the screen, all sorts of amusing effects and tweaks are detailed by the studio.

Of course, both updates and features are just hoaxes and won't appear for their respective games.
