Everyone is expecting Apple to make a big splash on April Fool's Day, when the company celebrates its 30th anniversary. However, it looks like the big event will not be taking place on the first of April.
According to an AppleInsider report, Apple is considering holding the event either before or immediately after the 1st of April, because that falls
on a Saturday. Apple has used the occasion in the past to spotlight its newest products. As usual, on what these products are, there are more rumors and speculations than you can shake a stick at, and as usual, the bulk of them will not turn into fact and many will be disappointed.
So far the date remains uncertain, but, according to AppleInsider, Apple is said to be considering either March 28th or April 4th as two possible dates for the event. In any case, the company might want to delay the announcement until the last minute to cut down on the rampart speculation and to ensure that other companies don't schedule events on the same day.
While Apple's last media event was generally deemed lackluster, that seems to have been forgotten, and all the analysts and rumormongers are expecting this event to be 'the big one'.
