Apple today issued a reminder to customers worldwide that the new iPhones announced last week would be going on sale this Friday, September 20, across the company’s stores and resellers.

Both the iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c will be available in the US, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and the UK on September 20, at 8:00 a.m. local time across Apple’s brick-and-mortar stores.

Online sales will begin at 12:01 a.m. PDT, Apple says. The press release goes to brag about the new features of the fresh iPhone lineup, namely the fingerprint sensor in the 5s and the vibrant color set of the 5c range of iPhones.

Apple also mentions that “every customer who buys an iPhone 5s or iPhone 5c at an Apple retail store will be offered free Personal Setup service, helping them customize their iPhone by setting up email, showing them new apps from the App Store and more, so they’ll be up and running with their new iPhone before they leave the store.”

The iPhone 5c sells for $99/€99 with a two-year commitment with supported carriers, while the unlocked version goes for $549/€599. iPhone 5s starts at $199/€199 on contract and $649/€699 off-contract.
