Though it seems to be doing well against Samsung, Apple has not been as fortunate in the suits that Motorola started against it.

The Apple 3G iPad 2, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 were forced off the German store not long ago.

The injunction was suspended the very next day, though, only for Motorola to win yet another injunction, this time against the iCloud/MobileMe cloud.

Now, it is implied that this second injunction will remain in place up until the final ruling, and probably beyond it too, assuming Motorola wins.

The battle will only get more heated from here on out, since Germany seems to have shown the greatest willingness to ban Apple products.

The other major activity is taking place in Australia, where Apple's claims, against Samsung this time, practically multiplied at an explosive rate.
