During yesterday’s earnings call which gave AAPL a considerable boost in afterhours trading, CFO Peter Oppenheimer made several reassuring comments regarding the next few months at Apple.

After touting some crazy numbers for the iTunes business, Apple’s Chief Financial Officer said, “[Apple is] on track to have a very busy Fall,” adding, “I’d like to leave it there and go into more detail in October.”

Apple is known to have prepared not one, but two (or more) iPhone models for launch this fall, as well as new versions of the iPad and iPad mini.

The iPhone might launch in a cheaper version this time around, as well as with multiple color options.

The iPad will be redesigned, while the iPad mini 2 is expected to boast a Retina display of its own.

On the Mac front, Apple could announce Haswell processors for the new MacBook Pro line.

The rumored iWatch is on every analyst’s radar, as is a potential Apple-branded HDTV.

“A very busy fall” could include all of these announcements, but at least one of the two products mentioned at the end there (iWatch and HDTV) is likely to be unveiled at a later time.

Formally announcing the financial results for its fiscal third quarter, Tim Cook added in Apple’s July 23 press release, “We are especially proud of our record June quarter iPhone sales of over 31 million and the strong growth in revenue from iTunes, Software and Services.”

“We are really excited about the upcoming releases of iOS 7 and OS X Mavericks, and we are laser-focused and working hard on some amazing new products that we will introduce in the fall and across 2014,” said the CEO.

So there you have it. Don’t hold your breath for all the good stuff launching this fall.
