Apple has issued its first OS X software update this year on its Support site for both Lion and Snow Leopard customers owning a printer.
Brother Printer Drivers 2.8.1 is an update that “installs the latest Brother printing and scanning software for OS X Lion and Mac OS vX 10.6,” according to the Cupertino tech giant.
As usual, the Mac maker offers more information about printing and scanning software via this additional support document.
Brother Printer Drivers 2.8.1 weighs in at almost 150 MB and applies to Mac OS X 10.6.1 or later or OS X Lion (10.7 or later), Apple says. Supported Languages include Deutsch, English, Français, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Dansk, Norsk Bokmål, Polski, Português, Português Brasileiro, Pусский, Suomi, Svensk, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
