Apple on Twitter now includes an app’s full description complete with screenshots whenever the company feels the urge to promote a noteworthy title.

It’s the case with several new apps recently published or updated in the App Store, including Fuzel, Zuma's Revenge! HD, and Symbolic Calculator, which Apple is featuring today, Pi Day (screenshot above).

Just like on iTunes Preview, the description is expandable, and users can scroll through a bunch of screenshots to make a better picture of the app. The advantage here is that you don’t have to leave Twitter to check out an app. And you can just move on to the next App Store tweet.

A handy iTunes link is also there in case you’re sold on the features and want to go straight to the App Store for the download.
