PixelMags, a dedicated branded app developer, has announced its support and immediate plans for integrating the new Apple subscription service into its digital publishing platform.

Earlier this week, Apple announced a new subscription service available to all publishers of content-based apps on the App Store, including magazines, newspapers, video, and music.

PixelMags’ upcoming launch of its consumer-based digital iNewsStand will incorporate the new subscription service.

According to the company, this will provide consumers the advantage of purchasing subscriptions (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.) with a single tap.

“There are two very distinct advantages for publishers with the new Apple subscription service, including its ability to reach more subscribers and that it offers another route for subscription revenue,” said PixelMags’ founder and COO, Ryan Marquis.

“We support Apple’s goal of offering publishers new opportunities to expand their digital offerings and believe it benefits our clients and the consumer.”

The company recently announced an advanced technology that allows publishers to take full control of their digital content from pricing to delivery as well as seamless integration with Apple’s approval system and new subscription service.

It is available via its PixelMags’ 2.0 tools portal.

PixelMags’ new tools portal is the most efficient and advanced way to offer digital content, the company says, as it offers drag and drop Web, e-mail, phone and address hotlinks, videos directly from YouTube and additional customization options via HTML 5.

PixelMags claims to be the provider of the most interactive and realistic digital reading experience possible for its consumers, making its foray into the iPad front a must-do.

Adding full interactive advertising along with countless other custom possibilities, the standard PixelMags platform can be customized to suit target markets and business models.
