Apple’s online portal is down on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, with no official explanation available on the matter.

Those users who head over to the Apple Store this morning will see a white sticker on the landing page, informing them that the Cupertino-based company is making some upgrades to the portal.

“We’ll be back. We’re busy updating the Apple Store for you and will be back soon,” said sticker reads.

The message can be seen all around the world, and is available in various local languages, including Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, and more.

No specific info on what is being changed has emerged for the time being, but we’ll know more once Apple’s official portal is coming back online, so stay tuned for additional info on the matter.
