In addition to feeding new RAW imaging formats to iPhoto and Aperture, Apple this week rolled out Canon Printer Drivers for Mac OS X 2.12, a package containing the latest software for Canon Inkjet devices.
A free software update available from the Cupertino, California-based tech giant, Canon Printer Drivers for Mac OS X 2.12 “installs the latest software for your Canon Inkjet printer or scanner,” according to the release notes.
Usually, the Mac maker lists the devices that are compatible with OS X as a result of the update, but this time around Apple makes no mention of any specific printers or scanners.
The update applies to Mac OS X 10.6.1 (Snow Leopard), OS X 10.7 (Lion) and OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion). Use the link below to download Canon Printer Drivers for Mac OS X 2.12 for your own OS X version.
