14 DAY TRIAL // Photography fans using Macs and the latest cameras on the market should be glad to learn that Apple has pushed out a software update that adds full support for the RAW images spit out by their state-of-the-art device.
Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 4.06 is a 6.4 MB package containing software that adds RAW image compatibility to Aperture 3 and iPhoto '11 for over half a dozen cameras.
These include Canon EOS-1D C, Canon EOS Rebel SL1 / 100D / Kiss X7, Canon EOS Rebel T5i / 700D / Kiss X7i, Hasselblad Lunar, Nikon COOLPIX A, Nikon D7100, Nikon 1 J3, Nikon 1 S1, and Sony Alpha NEX-3N.
The update goes onto OS X 10.8.2 or later and OS X 10.7.5 or later, and the installer supports Deutsch, English, Français, Chinese, Español, Italiano, and Nederlands.
